Yes. Through AEPS (Aadhaar-Enabled Payment System), you can withdraw cash using just your Aadhaar number and fingerprint — no ATM card needed. This is especially useful for residents without ATM access. Maximum withdrawal is ₹10,000 per transaction per day, subject to bank limits.
How long does PAN card take after application?
After submitting your PAN application through SubhNex, the physical PAN card is typically dispatched within 7-15 working days. An e-PAN (digital PDF) is available for download usually within 24-48 hours of application approval. SubhNex tracks your application status and informs you when it's ready.
What documents do I need for Ayushman Card?
You need Aadhaar Card and your name should be in the PMJAY beneficiary list. SubhNex checks your eligibility on the PM-JAY portal before the visit. Additional documents like ration card may be needed for some category verifications. Bring the family head's Aadhaar and all family member details.
Can I update my Aadhaar at SubhNex?
SubhNex provides Aadhaar update guidance and assists you in completing the online self-service update process on the UIDAI portal. For biometric updates (fingerprint, iris, face), you need to visit an official Aadhaar Enrollment Centre or Post Office. SubhNex will guide you to the nearest center if required.
Is money transfer at SubhNex safe?
Yes, completely safe. SubhNex is an authorized BC (Business Correspondent) and all money transfers are processed through RBI-approved platforms with proper KYC verification. You receive a transaction receipt for every transfer. Never share your PIN, OTP or Aadhaar biometrics with unauthorized persons.
